Minds of Light is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded and led by autistic and neurodivergent adults who transform lived experience into leadership. We empower autistic and neurodivergent adults to build independence, emotional resilience, confidence, communication, and self-advocacy through emotional intelligence education, and community partnership.
Our programs are, person-centered, and built on lived experience. Every Minds of Light coach, and facilitator is trained to understand and respect neurodivergent communication styles, sensory needs, and learning differences. We create real-world learning environments that prepare members for sustainable independence.
Our model transforms emotional intelligence into employability. Participants learn to communicate effectively, manage stress, and navigate relationships at work and in daily life. The result is greater emotional stability, stronger family connections, and improved access to meaningful employment.
By equipping neurodivergent individuals with tools to self-regulate, adapt, and lead, Minds of Light closes the opportunity gap and builds pathways toward long-term growth and success.
