What We Offer

We believe success in life and work begins with understanding and managing emotions. Our L.I.G.H.T. Program, which stands for Learning, Independence, Growth, Helping Thrive, brings emotional intelligence together with mentoring, confidence building, communication, self-advocacy, and employment support to help members move toward long-term success.

L.I.G.H.T. Program

Coaching, Community, and Emotional Intelligence

The L.I.G.H.T. Program stands for Learning, Independence, Growth, Helping Thrive.

The L.I.G.H.T. Program helps members strengthen the skills needed for emotional awareness, communication, self-advocacy, confidence, employment readiness, and meaningful connection. The program includes:

  • Individualized Coaching: Personalized guidance to build emotional awareness, self-regulation, and job-readiness.

  • Small Group Workshops: Interactive skill-building sessions that focus on teamwork, communication, problem-solving, emotional awareness, and leadership.

  • Peer-Led Meetups: Safe, welcoming spaces for members to practice social connection, connect with others, and build real-world confidence.

  • Family Integration Sessions: Training that helps families understand and reinforce emotional intelligence, communication, and participant growth at home.

The L.I.G.H.T. Program was designed to fill the gap between emotional growth and employability. By blending emotional intelligence with practical support, we help our members build confidence, prepare for meaningful opportunities, and thrive in real life and work.

The L.I.G.H.T. Program leverages FeelWise tools.

If the prices on this page are a barrier, apply here. Scholarships reduce any program price by 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100%, funded entirely by donors. Single Group Session

  • Coaching session

One ninety-minute group session at the standard rate. For participants who want to attend occasionally rather than commit to a module, or who want a second session before deciding. Same groups, same coaches, same curriculum — just paid one session at a time. Book as many or as few as you want.

Sponsor a Full Program Place
